Boy Scout Recognition

All counselors and facilitators should be approved by their parish and the Boy Scouts of America. Counselors must submit their "Intent to Begin" forms prior to working with youth. This form is an integral part of our commitment to compliance with Archdiocesan "Safe Environment Policies".

Board of Review:

All Adult and Unit Awards Applications to be completed and forwarded to Tommy Treat, 3372 Corral Drive, Marietta, GA 30066 no later than February 1 to be considered at the Board of Review.

The Annual Religious Emblems Boards of Review location and time will be announced later.

The Board of review for spiritual emblems review for NE GA BSA council location and time will be announced later.

The Board of review for the Girl Scouts location and time will be announced later.

Your unit will be scheduled for board times. AACCOS Lunch and Committee meeting to follow Boards of Review

Youth Recognition Ceremony

Each year, our diocese holds our annual Bishop's Scouting Mass & Youth Recognition ceremony to honor those Boy and Girl Scouts, Venturing Crew members, and Camp Fire USA boys and girls. This year, those boys and girls who have earned their awards and completed their board of review had their awards presented by Archbishop Donoghue.
