Youth Protection Training All Counselor must insure your parish has forwarded all your youth protection paperwork you completed to the Archdiocese - Attention Marianne Froneck - Scouting Program. You will not be able to counsel on the emblems until this paperwork is in the archdiocese which is directed by them for all personnel working with youth. No exceptions.
