Youth Protection Training

Counselors: It is vital that compliance with Scouting Program Youth Proctection and Archdiocese of Atlanta Safe Environment requirements are fulfilled.

Once you have received both the Scouting Council Youth Protection and Archdiocese of Atlanta Safe Environment documentation, you will be able to be a youth volunteer. No exceptions.

Please take the time to review the "You Matter" video which can be viewed online. Go to http://www.archatl.com/offices/cyp/materials/video/video-adults.htm . You can also print the Volunteer Packet. Read all the material, sign the paperwork and submit it to your parish office for processing.

If you have any questions please contact your parish representative. your pastor must approve your intent to start a religious emblem program. When you send your "intent to start" form to the AACCOS, include a copy of your Archdiocese of Atlanta Safe Environment compliance verification document and current Scouting Program Youth Protection.
